Refund Policy

Due to the nature of each item being made, for sanitary purposes there are NO refunds or exchanges. 

Melted or damaged items do not qualify for a refund or exchange. If your lip product is melted, it is more than likely due to the delivery time and sitting in the mailbox outside in the heat/sun. Please arrange pickup or special delivery instructions from the tracking information provided with each order. 

If damage is due to an issue with the product itself or during production, photos will be required, and you will be rewarded a credit to LipBlendz. All damages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery notice. Please contact customer service by email.
